Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clinics and Events
Deposit Policy:
A Deposit is required to reserve a spot in all clinics and events held at West Meadow Farm. Your deposit must be received in order to complete your registration and to secure your place in a clinic or event.
-If the clinic is over $1000, there is a $500 deposit.
-If the clinic is $400-$999, there is a $250 deposit.
-If the clinic is less than $399, there is a $100 deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Payments are non-refundable but transferable for that clinic. If YOU find someone to fill your spot your deposit $$ can be transferred to them for that clinic, less any credit card fees (They must meet the requirements for that clinic description). If West Meadow Farm finds someone to fill your spot, you lose your deposit fee.
In the rare event that West Meadow Farm needs to cancel a clinic, we will notify you 10 days prior to the first day of the scheduled clinic and immediately refund any deposit paid. However, we will not be responsible for non-refundable travel, transportation, or lodging reservations you may otherwise incur.
Refund Policy:
If you cancel more then 60 days of Linda Parelli or Joe Wolter clinics, you will only lose your deposit (plus any credit card fees) and all other moneys will be refunded. If you cancel more then 30 days of clinics taught by Sandy Hodskins, you will only lose your deposit (plus any credit card fees) and all other moneys will be refunded.
If you cancel within 60 days of Linda Parelli or Joe Wolter clinics, all payments are non-refundable. These are expensive clinics and I need to make sure the clinic host costs are covered. If you cancel within 30 days of clinics taught by Sandy Hodskins, all payments are non-refundable.
