Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Playdays and Events

 All playdays must be paid in full 30 days before the clinic

Enrollment Policy:

A $500 enrollment fee is required to reserve a spot clinics and events held at West Meadow Farm. Your enrollment must be received in order to complete your registration and to secure your place in a clinic or event. 

Cancellation Policy:​

Enrollment payments are non-refundable.

In the rare event that West Meadow Farm needs to cancel a playday, we will notify you 10 days prior to the first day of the scheduled clinic and immediately refund moneys paid to West Meadow Farm. However, we will not be responsible for non-refundable travel, transportation, or lodging reservations you may otherwise incur. 

Refund Policy:

If you cancel more then 60 days before the Jplayday, you will only lose your enrollment fee (plus any credit card fees) and all other moneys will be refunded. 

If you cancel within 60 days of the playdays, all payments are non-refundable. These are expensive events, and I need to make sure costs are covered.
